Condition Summary
1. Short Term Helpers
We are looking for hard-working and open-minded helpers to work with us.
This is not a paid position, but you will have many benefits while you are working with us.
If you need to make money, we are happy to help you to find a paid job in Okinawa!
Requirements
- To stay for 1 month or longer
- A working holiday or working visa or student visa
- A positive attitude to work as a team
- A positive attitude toward different cultures
Job Description
- The main task is to clean the facilities, including bed making, cleaning bathrooms, and tidying up common areas
- According to your abilities, we may also ask you to do some other small tasks such as fixing facility items (very easy ones!)
- Working hours: 4 hours a day, 5 days a week

2. Long Term Helpers
We are always happy to have long-term helpers!
This is an unpaid position, but we will provide some allowance to cover your meals.
You will also have many benefits to enjoy your life in Okinawa.

- To stay for 2 months or longer

- A positive attitude to work as a team
- A positive attitude toward different cultures
Job Description
- Not only cleaning, if you are interested, other kinds of jobs are also available: reception, event assistance, and translating.
Let us know what you can do, so we can give you jobs that make use of your abilities! - Working hours are up to 20 hours per week. If exceeded, the relevant hours will be paid.

3. Full-Time Jobs
We are operated by a well-known diving company called Seasir, and we offer several different types of full-time jobs at our sister shops such as Marine House SEASIR, Marine Club BERRY, Uminchu-Shoten, and more.
This position is for anyone who has a visa which allows you to work legally in Japan. Also, we can sponsor your business visa if you fit the requirements and wish to work long term.
The jobs usually require good Japanese language skills and a long-term stay, but these are negotiable.
